When she's not embracing all things ‘minty’, you'll find her splitting time between the waterfront in Sausalito and the mountain peaks of Sun Valley, hiking, paddling, and sharing her two postcard-worthy homes with her husband of 30 years, a puppy named Emmylou, and Georgia, a rescue cat. She loves a really good joke, an extra smokey mezcal, and a meandering conversation — and brings all of that playful energy to every client she works with.
Born and bred in Idaho, Wrenn is a mountain gal with just the right amount of high altitude attitude to keep it real. She's got a keen eye for great style and an old soul - smarts, sass and sweets – our girl boss has got it all. Now a proud mama to her lovely lass Clementine and the newest addition to the crew, bruiser baby Callahan, she somehow makes motherhood look as effortless as a fresh powder run.
As our Director of Operations extraordinaire – with over a decade of commanding the role like she owns the place – working 365/24/7 to keep our locations locked in, our clients feeling like rock stars and our homeowners pampered – all on time and on budget. A Midwesterner at heart, Rachael's roots run deep in Chicago, where she worked as a stylist and helped launch locations for Lululemon, Intermix, and a constellation of luxury boutiques. A key role at Williams-Sonoma headquarters in San Francisco as Creative Manager expanded her world of photo shoot production — and then, abracadabra, she landed at Mint Locations. Mic drop.
Beyond the set, Rachael's love of design, culture, and the visual arts takes her far and wide. She draws ongoing inspiration from world travel and the people she meets along the way. Closer to home, she's exploring NorCal swimming holes and Sierra trails with her photographer husband and their Aussie, Shasta — usually returning with muddy boots and a pocketful of colorful rocks. A natural optimist, she's always chasing good music, a dance floor, and a reason to wave her magic wand!
Madison's playful vibe and easy smile had us at hello. What started as a social media gig morphed into a full time Marketing and Production Manager position – and honestly, it makes perfect sense. Madison has a natural gift for storytelling that goes way beyond the feed; she reads a brand, a brief, and a client with the kind of instinct you can't teach. Her track record speaks for itself, and her roster of happy, coming-back-for-more clients speaks even louder.
Now our lead Production Manager for location inquiries, scout itineraries, production bookings and detailed coordination of shoots, Madison brings technical savvy, and the unshakeable belief that everything – and we mean everything – is figureoutable. No curveball too wild, no ask too left field. Where others see a problem, Madison sees a workaround, and she'll get there with a laugh and that trademark easy smile that makes clients feel like they're in the best possible hands – because they are.
A native of the Pacific Northwest, Madison brings a healthy, youthful energy to our team that's as refreshing as it is effective. When she's not plugged in she's exploring the wildness of Idaho with her beloved pup, Gus – hiking, long distance running, mountain biking, camping or skiing with that same effortless ease she brings to everything she does.
