A trained art historian and a twenty-year veteran of the film industry, Cindi Osborn has curated museum collections throughout the U.S., worked as a stylist and location scout and produced award-winning commercials. In 2006, Cindi founded Mint Locations as a way to put her unique blend of industry experience and design expertise to work.
Now among the top location services in the Bay Area, Mint Locations represents over 300 remarkable homes and estates to host your very special occasion, film the next blockbuster or wrap the perfect catalogue shoot. Cindi's style, determination and integrity, along with a true joie de vivre, have made her a sought-after and trusted locations resource.
Currently she lives with her husband, a creative director, and her towhead tween son in two towns worthy of postcards - on the waterfront in Sausalito, California and in the mountains of Sun Valley, Idaho. When she's not managing Mint, she's spending time with her family and enjoying the views.
Born and bred in Idaho, Wrenn is a mountain girl with just the right amount of high altitude attitude to keep it real. She boasts a degree in Business from Arizona State, a keen eye for great style and an old soul - smarts, sass and sweets – our gal has got it all. As our Director of Operations extraordinaire, she works 365/24/7 to keep our locations locked in, our clients feeling like rock stars and our homeowners pampered – all on time and on budget.
When she’s not working (which is rare) you’ll find her - twinkle in her eye with a sunshine smile - riding the slopes with her golf swinging, fire fighting husband, or embracing all the adventure that is Sun Valley, with an Idaho potato vodka martini within reach.

Now, at Mint Locations, our savvy matchmaker Doreen is the perfect partner to our tastemakers and their properties, finding the right fit for each and every occasion – love is in the air!
While she hails from Italian roots, Doreen is a California girl at heart. Equally at ease sipping wine in NorCal with her boyfriend or shopping in SoCal with her sisters, she is always in the know with who, what and wear!
Madison’s playful vibe and easy smile had us at hello. What started as a social media gig morphed into a full time Production Manager position and we’ve never looked back. Madison is our one stop shop for location inquires, scout itineraries, production bookings and detailed coordination of shoots. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Madison brings technical savvy, a canny knack for marketing and a healthy, youthful energy to our team.
Madison thrives in the outdoors and when she’s not plugged in she is exploring the wildness of Idaho with her beloved pups, Truper and Gus, hiking, mountain biking, camping or skiing with that same easy smile. Health and wellness is a lifestyle for Madison and if you’ve ever tried her homemade turmeric laced honey, your life will be changed forever - for the better - just like Mint Locations!
